The NET Teen Center, with support from the community, provides a safe place for youth to form supportive relationships and develop skills for a healthy and successful life. The "NET", as the kids call it, is located in the basement of the First Baptist Church on Main Street, within walking distance of NMHS. It is open every afternoon following school at no charge. The youth have a safe place to hang out with their friends, do homework, interact with positive role models and have something healthy to eat.
Our goals: Youth involved with The NET will show respect for themselves and others, be engaged in their learning and increase their community involvement.
